The 2024 Annual HOA Dues is $480.00. We have now added the Late Fee of $25 for those paying past March 31st. We are also increasing the Convience fee in the amount of $15 to cover the merchant fees charged by the bank. We understand if you choose not to use this service because of the extra fee and wish we did not have to charge it.
