The 2026 Annual HOA Dues for Red Gate Ridge HOA are $575.00, due by March 31, 2026. We have add the late fee of $25.00 on April 1st.  These dues ensure the continued maintenance and enhancement of our community. Please note, a Pay Pal processing fee of $12.17 has been included in the transaction to cover the bank's fee.
