The 2025 Annual HOA Dues for Red Gate Ridge HOA are $575.00, due by March 31, 2025. We have add the late fee of $25.00 on April 1st.  These dues ensure the continued maintenance and enhancement of our community. Please note, a credit card processing fee of $17.70 has been included in the transaction to cover the bank's fee.
