Good morning all,

Spring is upon us, I hope, and with that comes the need to start maintaining our yards. I would like to compile a list of landscapers that the homeowners' use in case someone is looking for one. Also we have new residents moving into the subdivision who may not be familiar with the area or local business that are available. We will add the list to our information page so everyone can access it.

Good evening all

The online portal is just about complete. I did run into a slight snag with adding the processing fee separately to the transaction at the moment but still working on it. I have brought the portal online long enough to make my payment manually adding in the processing fee. The payment processed through Authorize.net now I am just waiting to make sure it is deposited into the HOA account correctly before turning it on for everyone. I am also not restricting the Pay HOA Dues link to members only because some people may not want to join the site but still want the convenience of paying online.
